1Scope of Services

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in your specific proposal or invoice, all Webvise web development projects include:

Domain Name: Registration and management for the first year.
Hosting: High-performance hosting configuration.
Maintenance: Standard security updates and uptime monitoring.

Note: Exclusions or specific limitations regarding these services will be noted in your individual project agreement.

2Project Timeline

We value speed and efficiency. Our standard turnaround targets are:

✓ Target Delivery: Within 7 days of receiving all required assets.
✓ Maximum Lead Time: 14 business days.

Delays caused by failure to provide content, feedback, or assets by the Client will extend these timelines accordingly.

3Payments & Refunds

All payments for services provided are final.

Refunds are only issued if Webvise explicitly fails to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work and is in breach of these terms.

Deposits secure your slot in our development queue and are non-refundable after 24 hours.
Final balance is due upon project completion or prior to live launch, as specified in your invoice.

4Client Obligations & Protections

Content & Materials

The Client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, and brand assets unless content creation services have been purchased. Failure to provide content within 10 days of project start may result in the project being paused or moved to the back of the queue.

Revisions

Projects include two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional major design changes or scope additions after approval of the initial design will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Ghosting Clause

If a Client becomes unresponsive for a period of 14 days or more, the project will be considered dormant. Reactivation may be subject to a fee.

5Limitation of Liability

Webvise is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the services or the website product. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.
